Night workers

I’m new to slimming world and I work nights, I have done for about 14 years.. so my day is in reverse.. but I have breakfast when I get up in the evening dinner about 12/1am and then my “evening meal” in the morning a few hours before I go to bed.

I was wondering if there are any other night workers and has it effected your loss? Do you find it easy to stick to plan or do you crave carbs and chocolate?
