Hi everyone,

Today is the start. I'm going to do it this time.

I currently weigh 15st 8lbs and need to lose weight. My goal is 11st.

I lost a couple of stone with WW a few years back, but have since had a baby (who is now 13 months old), and it's all gone back on.

I've signed up for Food Focus today to help me monitor my intake.

My plan is to eat no more than 1400 calories a day, up my fruit and veg intake, up my exercise.

I've not got the £ to join a gym. So I shall be going out for walks with my little girl, cycling, swimming, and I've also got Wii Fit Plus on the way!
