No more fat Fridays!

The 3 month countdown to my holiday has started. Whilst I'm not going to lose all my excess weight before it I am going to be heading in the right direction.

Bit about me - Lisa, 34, 5ft6 and 14st8lb this is the heaviest I've ever been but even when I was 10st something I thought I was overweight.

I work full time and am doing a degree with the open university, have 2 boys at home with me, 10 and 13. The 13 year old will also benefit from a change in eating habits.

My nearest slimming world group is on Wednesday but I'm starting today as I don't want to put it off!

So here goes......

Thanks - yes I am but I'm going to wait until my 1st weigh in tomorrow night before I begin that and to see the damage on their scales as that's what I'll be going by
