No weight loss

Yep list your menu's there is no way you cannot lose on this?

I'm on the wine too most weeks and still lose a few pounds and I'm only just over a stone away from goal....

Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs with bit ov cheese, 2 rashers ov bacon about 11, 1.30 tuna in spring water, lettuce, cucumber, radish, celery, n green pepper, not loads n loads just abit of each, dinner bout 7 grilled chicken, sautéed savoy cabbage n bacon n broccoli, n loads ov water!!! I am almost at end ov week 3, lost 8 lb in week one and nothing since!!! My other half has lost over a stone!!! I have lost inches but not weight!! :-(
 
Sometimes it takes ur body time to catch up. If the inches are going down its only a matter of time before that's reflected in weightloss too.

Hi nicnac. Im 27 days in n our diets sound very similar. I lost 11lbs in 11 days n sts since. Ive started a food diary to keep an eye on things n my ketostix r dark pink so no probs there. Reading up on these threads it looks like a common thing so will keep going n wait til wi on sunday im hoping for the famous whooshie fairy.
 
Awww thanks for the words ov advice :) it's so good to know it's not just me!!! I haven't got any ov those stix, maybe I will invest!! I have my WI on Sunday too, hope the whoosie pays us both a visit :) x x
 
How does exercise affect loses? I have been doing spin 2-3 times a week since July and that's when I started to gain all my writ back on sw.....what's Atkins like?
 
I lost .6 lb this week, diabolical!

Hi all, bodies have a mind of their own - if you stay legal and avoid stallers then eventually the weight comes off - and maybe all in a rush. Also many find that when scales dont move, inches do.

Exercise can also mean your body hangs on to water - not a good reason to avoid it as you are burning energy and building muscle:D

I'm not budging at the moment but I know it will start moving again... Patience and perseverance !!! Very important :) x
 
Well 1lb!!! So a total ov 9 pounds in 3 weeks, and 11 1/2 inches.... Although only lost 1lb in 2 weeks, when I look at the total for 3 weeks it's quite good really!! I feel so much better in myself, more energy, more get up n go :) just wish the whoosie fairy would pay a visit soon :)
