have looked on syns online and cant see them are egg noodles (asda in chilled section ) are they free on green days

Are they 'wet' noodles? If so, they will have syns in them. The only syn free egg noodles are the ones that are dried.

thanks they are the wet ones was gonna have them for work yesterday but as soon as i couldnt find the syn values i left them in fridge and had a salad instead
