Noodles

Hi ladies...

Concerned about something I didn't realise, is it only when noodles are dry that they're regarded as free? Up to now when I've made stir fry's I've bought egg noodles in tesco that all you have to do is add them straight to the wok, are these synned coz I havent been putting syns against them? If so how many on average?
