Picked these up a while back and as were on a "clear out" before holidays were eating mostly out of the freezer. Does anybody know the syn value of these and if they had any free allowance?

They were absolutely gorgeous and for 8 syns not bad as needed to use them up and wanted a quick tea. Had sw chips and salad with it so that's my SF in it x
