I am sticking to CD for the first time after several starts last year. I am on DAY 21 (as I did not weigh myself until after the first week, when I saw a CDC -- I had CD products on hand to start) -- I did not get the first week's big loss recorded. So, I've lost about 5 pounds this month, so far and am okay with that.
My first VLCD was LL in 2008 (I lost about 5 stones). I kept most of it off for about a year, then slowly started regaining, spent all of 2010 trying to get it off... only to realize that I failing and headed back to being obese. I gained a bit more than 1/2 back before I finally committed to CD. I have a long road ahead of me to get back to goal -- and the rest of my life to fight to stay there -- but this site so helps, as I know I am not alone in this struggle.
