Not so high sin yorkshire puds

    I made a great alternative yorkshire pud using 4 .5 sins and some of the milk allowance .
    28g pl flour
    2 eggs
    Half cup of skimmed milk
    Salt , pepper
    Whisked up

    Pre heat oven use a 4 pudding tin sprayed with fry light heat in oven pour in mixture .

    These rise like normal ones even if the mix looks more runny and 4 .5 the lot :))

    Only sins is for flour and that's 4.5for 28 g :)

    If you buy the batter mix from asda 7p you can make 12 individual puddings at 1 syn each. I make a batch cook them then put them in a freezer bag then just take out what I want and put them in the oven for a couple of minutes.
