My friend found this recipe on her mission to doing slimming world as a coeliac and I have to say - they are delicious! Ingredients (Makes around 12) 4 eggs 3/4 tub of quark Pinch of salt Method 1. Separate the eggs and whisk the whites until forming stiff peaks 2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, salt and quark together. 3. Fold the egg whites into the quark mixture. 4. I find that if you use a Yorkshire pudding tray, they work out best, so in each bit, spray some frylight and put a dollop of mixture in each section of the tray. Put in oven (on around gas mark 5) for 15-20 minutes. They work great as using them as bread (I often put ham and tomatoes in between 2 oopsies to make a sandwich), or even to have with curry, or to mop up gravy on a nice Sunday dinner! You can also put in sweetener instead of salt, for a sweet alternative and then put them with fruit and yoghurt Enjoy!
