Hope everyone's Novembers have been good despite the chilly weather, it makes me want to eat loads of stew and dumplings.

I had a bit of a yo-yo month, first I put on 1lb, then lost 4.5, then put on 1.5, then lost 3.5 in the last weigh in of the month! I would rather it was a consistent down but at least the losses were bigger than the gains. In total I have lost 5.5lbs in November, which was 0.5lbs of my target but I can live with that!
