Donna, maybe your body is too happy at the weight it is. Some people have had to call target due to just not being able to get to their original idea of target. I think you're in for a lot of hard work (harder than usual) if you want to make your body lose if it doesn't want to. Try increasing your fluids, and a few SE days, or even ask your Consultant about the Fast Forward plan. You seem to be a bit stuck, and I'm sure she wouldn't mind helping you out with the FF plan.

I'm already in my target range and I am happy where I am, its literally a couple of lbs I want to get rid of. To be honest I wouldn't say I'm struggling, I was disappointed this week, but the other weeks I've maintained I've know why (I've had a lot on and had a couple of off plan days) so I was happy with those maintains and expected them... actually expected gains, so I suppose over a few weeks I got away without some gains so maybe this maintain is pay back.
I don't think there's any point in me looking at FF, from what I've heard about it, its more for people who are starting to go off to sort of remind them how good slimming world is, rather then about the weight loss, as although you may loose lots when you do it, you gain after you stop. Plus I don't want to struggle, I enjoy slimming world, I love it. I don't see the point in not enjoying what I'm eating just to loose a few extra lbs when I can do slimming world properly and eat lots of great free and superfree food.
I have considered se in the past though and would do it, I think, it scares me a little though as I'd hate to do it wrong but then have the extra HEX's.
I have a good moan about it, but along my journey I've got used to the odd maintain or gain when I didn't expect it. My body can be unpredictable. Although I would really like to loose a few lbs, as long as I stay in my target range I'm going to be happy.
I would love to get to the bottom end of my target range 8 stone 11 before Chritmas (which would be a 4lb loss at the moment) but I can't see it happening, I have a few plans on before Christmas and I haven't been one for big losses for a while. My BMI is 22.5 so not bad at all I'm bound to not have big losses. I've decided my new goal is to not gain before Christmas... if I loose or maintain each week I'll be happy
