Hey everyone just wondering I'm using these breath fresheners and am wondering if the effect ketosis if anyone knows I would appreciate some info cheers !!

Yes you are allowed them I have them too and had a little panic thinking I shouldn't be having them.. But the lovely bunch of peeps on here put my worries to rest!

I had one for the first time this morn and boy are they strong!! Lol

Hi.. I cut them in half so the pack lasts longer... and they dont blow your head off as much
