Does anyone know how many syns are in these? I can't find them in the low- syn snacks book i got from group (which worries me as it could mean there's more syns than I originally thought). I've not a packet to hand to check the nutritional information either.

They count as 6.5 syns I think- if they are the Kellogg's one and it might vary according to the flavour. They DO NOT count as a healthy extra- HEx are usually 4.5 syns or less. If you want to check more accurately the details are on the SS website.
