Induction Nuts

What nuts are we allowed (if any) in induction and how much of them roughly please , really need something to snack on between meals

None I don't think you can.. try pepperoni, olives, sugar free jelly, peperami, an egg, pork scratches

I can't find sugar free jelly anywhere, I've been looking x

Hi, sainsburys and asda both have it, I think it's in the baking aisle. The sugar free ones tend to be raspberry and strawberry
