Oatibix and soya milk

Can you have oatibix as a hexb on the extra easy plan? Also what is the allowance on soya milk?

Hello there so good fat free soya milk is 350 ml per day . Alpro soya light dairy free (unsweetened) is 350ml per day so good low fat soya milk is 250ml per day alpro soya light dairy free (sweetened) is 250ml per day all hex (a) hth - all the best julie x
