ocean spray syns?

Hi everyone
Does anyone know the syn values for Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic light please? I can only find the full calorie version in my books- the carton says 20kcal/250ml, so i'm assuming 1 syn per 250ml, but I just want to be sure!
