October 2016 Challenge

1/2 on for me... but I am aware and I've just been to Sainsbury's to get all my los fat and fat free goodies and some ingredients to make healthy sw meals! Bring on the losses!!!
 
I had a 2.5lb gain!! I was gutted, but I'd been down my mothers during the day and eaten a huge meal, all on plan because shes doing sw too, but i usually don't eat before weigh in and I'm sure that will have made a big difference, so hopefully it will show on the scales this week.
 
2.5lbs off for me!
That's what happens when you walk 30 miles in two days and get straight back on plan when you get back off holiday.
Beyond chuffed. 4.5 to target...

Look at how many of us reach our targets!! look how close some of us got too - AMAZING!!!
