I'll have 5 weigh ins so will go with 10lbs as my target as I try and aim for 2lbs off per week although have a few meals out & weekend away so might fall short!

I realised today whilst updating my signature that - if I make target (or lose 4lb or more) i'll have a 2 before my lb range instead of a 3 for the first time in around a decade! 4lb makes 299 :) Definitely looking forward to this challenge!
 
I was going to wait and see if I hit my september goal but decided not too. I am going to aim for 9lb again to keep pushing myself and to tie in with my Christmas goal. :)

Weighed myself last night and I'm ready to go! Starting at 23 stone 2.5 lbs. If I hit my target this month I will be at my lowest weight for the past 5 years :D

Thank you :) hungry tonight but the scales are moving in the right direction so that was enough to stop me snacking :) I'm away Saturday night for a friend's birthday so going to try to fit in a Saturday morning swim (after a Friday night swim!) And then straight back on the slim fast on Sunday morning :)

Well done lovely! :D That is awesome!

No loss this week, but I was fully expecting it as I wasn't 100% from Wed-Saturday because of mum birthday celebrations. VERY happy to STS after it all though!
