    Hi fellow dukaneers.. Im back. Ive had a naught 6weeks or so, attempted to start and fallen off the wagon again. But today has been my first day back on dukan and starting from scratch..
    5 Days of Attack and then onto cruise.

    Attack Day 1 Todays menu -
    B: oatbran porridge (1 1/2 Tbl sp)
    L : Soup, soft boiled egg and chicken bits
    T: Either Beef or Fish, undecided!!
    S: SF jelly and Yogurt
    D: 2Teas, 3Coffees, 1green tea and 1.5l water

    Feel free to critizise! I must stay on the wagon this time. Feeling alot stronger than before. Wish me luck!

    Thanks! Cheesegirl, if u dont mind me asking, what country are u in? Ive been wondering since u said eastern eu on another thread lol.

    had a good day. Tea ended up being omelette and mackerel bits. Abit random! Also forgot to mention I put on 6lb in those.naughty weeks booo. Xx

    Attack day 2 menu
    b: omelette
    L: soup and chicken bits
    T: 2 quorn sausages and 2 poached eggs
    S: Yogurt / SF jelly / Oatbran cookies
    D : water, tea, coffee

    I have a horrible sore throat and cold which is making me feel yuck :(

    So thought id try the fat free natural yog with jelly crystals as noticed alot of you on here use it, I chose lime...omg so yummy. Going to try it on Oatbran biscuits later and it will be like a lime cheesecake! Yummmmmmm xxxx

    I will! Had another good day, even though I was out the house all day and woke up late. I usually struggle to stay on track when im at uni all day. I did wonder about the quorn saus on attack but im losing so if I.have a plateau, I'll know what it is!

    Attack day 3
    B: none as overslept and chose a shower over breakfast ha ha
    L: beef bits, Yogurt, SF jelly and hard boiled egg
    T: chicken.. Lots of it
    S: Oatbran biscuit, SF jelly
    D: water 1.5l, tea and coffee

    Wasn't even tempted today with my.friends eating cakes from coffee shop, crisps, sandwiches and a curry! Very proud of myself.. I stuck to am Americano with sk.milk and my.Oatbran biscuits!

    Im in the zone !! Xxxxxx

    Oh dear... That is all.

    If at first u.dont succeed... Try and try again.

    Had my partner home for the weekend (he works away) and was really Good Friday night and Saturday.day then it all went downhill from there. I don't see him.for 2months after today so.back on dukan with a vengeance. What garbage I said about not allowing treats or days off ! :(

    Keep calm & follow dukan. Dukan bus is heading onwards & downwards. just gave myself a pep talk & am full of dukan joy!

    Got the dukan bug back!
    Going well today.
    Changing weigh day type Tuesday so will see the damage tomorrow...

    Cruise pp day one;
    Updated due to a mad Rush to hospital from work to see my nan, stopping off at sainsburys for chicken to.tide me over till teatime. (I looked at the sandwiches, sweets, crisps...put my head down and walked on ! Is this an addiction?!)

    B : none as im up at 4.30 for placement. Had a Yogurt at 11am though.
    L: chicken soup, ham, SF jelly
    S: chicken bites and ham, Oatbran porridge.
    Late T : chicken thighs with Rosemary and garlic
    Drink : 3teas, 2 coffees and aiming for 2l water xx

    I now fit into jeans the next size down :) couldn't get these pair over my hips at the beginning of the year! X
