My friend got them from asda, she said they are absolutely scrummy. You just sprinkle them over the chicken breast and cook in oven. She had them in the wraps but obviously at 7-10 syns depending on brand for 1 wrap I'll give that a miss!!! But would like the crispy coating if not too high.

I'm trying to find new thinks to eat instead if the same old every week. Tesco do a simply cook lamb shanks in mint gravy which is free so popping out the get them today x

I searched the SW online directory, but it wasn't there, so I managed to find the calorie content for the crispy crumb seasoning mix here:

The sachet has 85 grams in it, and the mix is 3 cals per gram, which is a total of 255 cals for the entire packet, and with no free food in it, that would work out as 12.5 syns for the packet.
