I havent met you as been on holiday, but boy, what an achievement..you should be well proud of yourself. It is a great motivator and I too thought I wouldnt last a week, but when you get a good weight loss, you want to keep carrying on and on and on..and then, you dont want to come off as it become addictive losing so much all the time!!!!

I am very pleased for you and from what I read on the posts you were worried....no need to be. LT works!!! And you wont be disappointed
