Can you tell us how you did it? i am on holiday soon and can just see myself coming back a lot heavier which would be sooooo depressing!!

My top tip is to carry fruit where ever you go. We were in a caravan for a week so to be fair I cooked the whole time apart from when we went for a curry then I had dry chicken tika with boiled rice. If we had lunch while we were out I tended to have a jack pot or find a cob shop.
If you are going abroad fill your beach bag with fruit and drink plenty of water. Hope this helps eveyone and thanks for all your support on here you are all fab x x
