On 1000 but I am putting weight on! Help..

Since I weighed in on Tuesday I have put on 2lbs.
This is still low calorie, but I am adding weight! I think it's the carbs, as I didn't lose much on WW whilst still eating Carbs (Wholewheat as well!)

How on earth can I stop adding the pounds back on? I don't want to go backwards, especially as I want to be able to take a day off at Xmas.

Arghhh....and I'm hungry much more now too! Gimme 810 anyday! (I was bored of the food, but seriously!)

honey, it will be temporary water retention after reintroducing more carbs. give it until the end of the week and it will drop off again once your water stores are filled back up. i mean, on 1000 cals a day you can't fail to lose weight. we use more than that with just breathing, heart beating, organ function etc before we even move!!
