Ah! poor you after such a good loss on your first week, that must have been so disappointing.
Big losses on week one are quite usual, sadly though it's fluid rather than fat lost. Then it evens out to 1 - 2 lbs.
Did you do a food diary, can we help you with that; and did you show it to your consultant, she may be able to see what went wrong, if not why not post it on the food diary thread, then we can see if there's anything obvious.
Above all, don't give up. SW is a great plan and you CAN lose the weight that you want to.
