Control

Joining SW made me feel in control of my diet and of my future. It made me feel like I finally had a handle on my life and returning to the plan after taking a break from it has made me feel much more secure.

So what is your word?

Mine is FREEDOM.

SW gives me the freedom to chose what I want to eat, when I want to eat it. A healthy eating plan that works !
