Online SW

Hiya

I'm trying to decide which diet to do (have done all of them over the years) but really wanted an online one as I struggle going to classes.
Have been looking at WW online - does Slimming World have an equivalent?

yes they do its called body optimise.

Hi Shazza, I started SW online last Wednesday. Must say I found it very confusing for the first few days but starting to get my head round it now and think I've made the right decision especially now I've found this forum, it's a great help. Good luck with whatever you decide.
