You can use two ordinary weetabix as your healthy b choice-you get one 'b' if you do extra easy and two if you do green or original. I really recommend you read your food optimising book a few times to make sure you're getting the basics right. Make sure you fill in a food diary-everything that you eat, as you eat it-as it is an essential part of the money back guarantee. If you are unsure of anything else, you can surely ring your consultant or post on here. Make sure you post things in the correct subforums if you are unable to find the answers using the search facility tho(syn values, recipes, etc) as the main forum gets clogged up with duplicate posts all the time. Good luck with it all-you should find most people on here very helpful and friendly too x
Yes - a good proper read through will be essential to get things straight in your mind. If you're not veggie it's probably best to get your head round EE first, then worry about Green and Original if you fancy a change. If you happen to be veggie then you're probably better off sticking to Green, so read up on that one.
