Options Hot Chocolate

Does anybody know the syn value of options hot chocolates?
I did search the forum, but couldnt see anything and its not in my book.

Hi Beautiful.XTC, I'm only just getting back into this myself (enough is enough) As far as I am aware they are 2 syns each...

A good rule to remember, especially when shopping, is that all foods that have no free food allowance (snacks, chocolates, crisps etc) all go by the rule of 20 calories = 1 syn

Thats great, for some reason i was scared theyd be huge amounts of syn...
Im totally in love with the orange flavoured one, stops me from reaching for a chocolate bar... 2 syns sounds like a good compramise

I have to say, they do fill a sweet craving. I usually have an options and fruit combo snack at about 4 pm, just when the old blood sugar level starts to dip. That sees me through until I do some sport around 7 and then dinner.

I usually have mine at about 8pm. As I usually eat tea around 5ish so it stops me reaching for food.
