i began with SW in May this year.i have lost 1 stone in that time and would like to lose just 1 more.For the last 6 weeks i have been doing EEwith absolutely no losses at all so i figure it a good way for me to maintain when i need to.so,back to green days for me starting as from today!

Friday 9/10-green.
b/f-shape yog & nana.2 sl w/m toast with 1 xl tri(he a) & marmite

10.30 snack-apple & satsuma.

l-1 pkt smartprice chix & mush pasta n sauce(7 syns)2 muller light yogs.

What fruit and veg are you eating as well Hun???
I am finding that my losses on EE are slowing right down after only doing it for 2 months, so I may just go back to Red and Green for a little while to liven things up!
 
mrs v, i eat a ridiculous amount of fruit veg and salad stuff.will post the remainder of the weekends menus up on monday sometime.
i am from shelfield near walsall j.why?

i've been reading through a few diary's and i have to say either i eat far too much or people seem to just not eat very much at all?

I dont think you are eating too much Hun....you have a varied plan and thats better for you, so that you dont get too bored with it! Some people arent very descriptive with their meal choises either...I try and put as much information in mine as possible...as you have too.

Keep it up...how are you finding things so far???

thanx for looking over it along with your advice.
i love slimming world diet just wish i could start to lose again.i never lost big amounts and want to lose 1 stone and then not sure if i want to lose anymore but since doing 6 weeks EE i'm not losing.think i ,ay have saboutaged this weeks with the indian although i really didn't have a full meal but we'll see tomorrow morning .
you have done really well with it havn't you do you think it's a plan you could stick to for life?

My losses with EE started out really good, but then went down to 1lb a week or a STS and whilst I wasnt gaining, I wasnt loosing either, so I have decided this week to go back to Red and Green Days and just alternate to liven things up a bit...maybe that could be the case for you too??
As you only have a stone to loose, your losses will be slow, but keep at it and you will get to target eventually! I have another 4 stone 7lbs to loose in total (gulp!).
You can still have an Indian meal Hun...I normally on an EE day opt for a chicken dhansak with rice and thats 6.5 syns in total. Very nice!! I dont feel that I am missing out then either!
For me this is something I could do for life, as I have a gastric band and whilst it stops me from over eating (nothing more than that - I still have to make sensible food choises), I have to eat healthily and that's where the decision to follow the SW plan came from.
Its not easy...there are days when I think stuff it, I cant be bothered to make something for tea and would rather have a take away, but then on the other hand, I just think about the reasons that made me decide on a band and SW in the first place and I dont want to be there again!
My Daughter who is 3 eats healthily (she eats everything I do) and she can see that its benefiting Mummy (although I never talk about diets, she never sees me weigh either) she even joins in the exercising on the Wii Fit! Lol.
You will loose the weight Hun and even if it takes a little longer than you would like for it to come off, its better to loose slowly and steadily.

Well done! Great Loss!! Hope you keep getting get those type of losses until that stubborn stone is shifted!

This week is my star week.
weighed in at 10 st 7lb this morning so i gained 1 lb.:break_diet:

i managed to do 3 walks at 25 mins each this week walking fast (without looking hideous as was walking home from school run).so that is a total of 75 mins exercise this week.
1st week towards my bronzestandard body magic.

Friday 23/10-green.
