I love them and have them a lot. I tend to just use 1 egg for myself and make 3 little pancakes which I serve in a stack with whatever I'm having with them. They look quite impressive like that and you don't have to worry about folding or rolling them up!!!!

They do taste a bit eggy and wouldn't be so nice on their own but by the time you add nice things to them like greek yoghurt and fruit or sliced bananas and maple syrup they taste gorgeous!
I even leave the sweetener out sometimes and make savoury ones and serve with crispy bacon and a drizzle of maple syrup American style - yum!!
