Pasta with Cheese & Bacon - The SW Way - Recipies Please!!!

Hi Everyone,

please, does anyone have any good ideas for a pasta bake using cheese, bacon and pasta Slimming World style?

I can't use yoghurt etc as it will curdle in the oven.

I've thought of puréeing cottage cheese, maybe mixing in bits of cheddar, but before I go down that road I thought I would ask you folks for ideas.

I made a lasagne the other day and added an Egg to the Yoghurt and it didnt curdle

That's a really good tip hun! I've avoided cheese sauces up until now as I only know how to do them with flour, butter and cheese (lots of it, haha!)

I've used an egg in yoghurt too and it was fine. I prefer to use quark though
