    Can anyone tell me how many propoints are in pasta 2oz dried weight.

    10g dried?!!! No way! lol

    50g cooked wholewheat pasta is 2pp ... that would be roughly 20-25g dried.

    It's 1pp per 10g when dried/uncooked so 2oz dry/uncooked pasta (~56g) is 5pp :)

    (2oz is about 56g)

    Nope, that's the weight if you weigh it before cooking :)
    When it's cooked it would weigh loads more, about 170g I think. I've never weighed cooked pasta though ...

    (I edited my last post to try and make it clearer! Sorry for being confusing!!)

    LOL it's ok.

    I have just pointed the wholewheat pasta I have using the info on the packet:

    "90g dry pasta weighs approx 200g when cooked"

    protein 11.4
    carbs 55.7
    fat 1.8
    fibre 9.0

    So, for 200g cooked (90g dry) pasta its 8pp.
    Cuz all were adding is water surely there arent added points for this???
