Pasta

I've not tried the brown pastas/rice although I know I should. I don't weigh my pasta cos anything left over goes on a sauce for lunch next day. I have bags of sauces in the freezer ready for this. With the rice I bought a rice cooker- omg! I love it. £15 in currys, 1 cup of rice 3 cups of water (for 2 people) press cook and lovely fluffy rice in 15 mins . Perfect
 
I've never weighed mine lol.
I LOVE pasta.
 
I only weigh mine because I would eat tonnes of it if I didn't! I usually have between 80 and 100g. I know the suggested serving is 75g but it's not enough for my bottomless pit of a stomach. :p If I'm having a pasta salad, I usually have about 50g. I really don't like brown pasta, although the spaghetti is ok. I have PCOS and I know I shouldn't eat too many white carbs but pasta is my weakness. :eek:
