Peanut crunch bars

Hi,

Does anyone know how many carbs in the cambridge peanut crunch bar. I know it says 13.5 per bar on the pack, is that the right amount that we count?

That's about right, but if you are doing Cambridge, why are you counting?

Thanks, thats higher than I thought. I've been sole sourcing for 4 weeks now and with xmas coming up I've a few meals coming up so I'm just using up what I have left of the cambridge stock this week for breakfast or lunch and low carbing/atkins type thing till after xmas...thats why I'm counting and wanted to know, just so I know how many carbs I've had today
