Can anyone enlighten me please to the percentages that we should 'aim' for carb/fat/protein wise?
As I am low carbing & calorie counting I want to make sure that I am not eating too much protein & eating enough fat.
Having read a few articles it would appear that whilst low carbing fat is an important part of keeping the body healthy!
