Green Days Pescatarian Food Diary

Its my first day back so I am going to fill out a food diary on here as much as possible. Im going for Green Days over Extra Easy as Im a pescatarian and i appreciate having double the healthy extra's to use!
Breakfast
Weetabix - HEB
Milk - HEA

Lunch
3 Sweet onion crispbreads - HEB
5 Laughing Cow Light triangles - HEA

Dinner
Roast Chicken Dinner (minus the chicken for me)
Baby boiled potatoes
Carrot and Parsnip
Cauliflower Cheese - 5syns
Yorkshire Pudding x 2 - 4syns

Snacks
Kiwis, plums and a mullerlight
2L of water

*NB* I got the syns values on here but if anyone knows anything different id love to know.

Breakfast
Weetabix and Bananna - HEA & HEB

Lunch
Scrambled Egg with Nimble - HEB

Dinner
Fish Pie - Found a good recipe on here but Im going to make a few tweaks:
Fish Pie mix
Potatoes
Fish Stockpot
Spinach
Low fat Milk
onion
garlic

Snacks
Fruit, mullerlight

Breakfast:
Bananna and Nimble - HEB

Lunch
Supernoodles - 3 1/2 syns

Dinner
Baked potato - 2 syns (for the butter - I cant do it without!)
Mixed Salad

Snacks
Mullerlights
Herbal Teas

Breakfast:
Bananna and nimble toast - HEB
Mullerlight

Lunch:
Pasta n Saunce - 2 syns for Macaroni Cheese (i think)

Dinner:
Prawn Cocktail - (bought the Sainsbury's Low Fat one only to realise it was 9 syns!!!!? Wont be buying that again!)
Loads of Salad and baby potatoes

Total syns - 11
