It says 72g of light primula cheese spread...dont know if that would be similar or now. Under the HEAs it does not actually say the philly one lol

as catxx says, you can have it as a HEX B on Green days only, for protein. Unfortunatley it does not have enough calcium for it to qualify as a HEX A.
