PHILIDELPHIA LIGHT TUBS?

Philidelphia have bought out these little packs of 4 tubs of phili light and extra light. Does anybody know if these can be included as a healthy extra and if so how many can you have as a healthy extra?

I know Laughing Cow can be a healthy extra and thought these might be the same.

They cant be used as healthy extra a's so will need to be synned, not that much though
