Hi Rosie

Do you think its much different or is it just a revamp of the style/layout of the older books ?

They have done away with some of the plans like Mix and match and success express. The layout is much more user friendly but the emphasis is def. on extra easy. Some of the foods that were superfree are no longer eg Quorn and eggs. So some changes to be had.

I rejoined on Wednesday and had a new pack- a bit different from my 3yr old one! They now recommend that all new members do extra easy. I am giving this a go- although gained when i have tried it before! Others swear by it so i must have been doing something wrong! I dont think there are any major changes though. Good luck with your journeys x

They have changed the definition of Superfree somewhat Fern!

From what I can make out eggs and quorn are still free but cant be used to make up the 1/3 portion of superfree foods on extra easy.

I hope this makes sense as I have been trying to get my head around it all day!!

Fern - no need to buy a whole new book. Just take your old one along and either make notes in it, or on some paper if you think you'll forget.

Everything that's changed will be covered at your group.
