Oh my goodness well done you :happy096: How long have you been doing Lipotrim? Ive just done my 1st week and had a loss of 11lbs, i know its mostly water the 1st week but hey your pics show it can be done

Thank you I did it for 4 weeks first time around maintained for 3 months now back on been on 8 days x

How much did you loss in the 4 weeks? This is my second time on it first time took nearly 5 weeks to drop nearly 2 stone although just had my first wi yesterday and dropped 11lb the most I've ever dropped in a week. When I done it before I went to spin class twice a week this time am only 10 weeks after having a baby so not exercised yet going start walking first. Did you exercise?
