I'll talk you through how to get a pic under your name, hopefully it'll work for you after this:
Click on the QUICK LINKS on the blue menu at the top.
Click on EDIT OPTIONS.
In this screen you have a side menu too.
Scroll down and click on EDIT AVATAR.
Make sure there's a green dot in the Use Custom Avatar box.
Then you can use option 2 to upload your own pic.
You only need to do this once, then check on a thread to see if it's worked.
Hopefully you'll have a pic on here really soon.
