Pitta Bread

    I don't know... I do know that 60 gm one is 7 syns if that helps.

    Rubbish isnt it - but TBH 1 aint gna hurt - I would use as HEXb if thats what I wanted!

    Your not supposed to have em as a HEB cos they don't have enough fibre in them, however, like Claire I would have one as I know loads of nice fillings that would be lush in a pitta mmmm xx

    I have to say, I used to eat pitta instead of bread as I thought it was healthier (seems I was wrong about quite a few of my 'healthy' decisions LOL)

    i tend to not have much bread now at all seems a waste the ammount you can have and the ammount of syns a slice is!

    Thanks girls I have just had a lovely chicken kebab and used the pitta as syns and it was well worth it. Will find out on wednesdays WI any way!!
