What an incentive that is. I love horse riding. It is my hope I can get back into it once I have lost some weight.

Me too! Took lessons as a teen and loved it! Only stopped as it was so expensive and i was starting to like other things!

I'm that heavy that to ride a horse now, i think it would have to be a role reversal, or i would have to ride an elephant x
 
Morning :) ... Ive not updated for a couple of days ... ill try not to bore you all to much :giggle:
Well w.i last night i gained 1.5lb! ... it was at a different meeting but still its a gain! :(
So day one again today! im still on core i think im going to give it another week a PROPER week! and see how i get on!
Ive not done much cleaning at the holiday place this week as the people are in there for a full week so am cleaning friday morning
........We are also child free on saturday! we wont be going out tho to skint! but we will be having a takeaway and a dvd! and a LAYIN!! woohoo
Monday i am going to meet the wonderful horse ill be riding! Ill be getting a ride on monday to ! Oh i am so happy! hehe ... hes such a gentle giant aparently!
not been upto much else! .... will catch up on posts this morning to!

Hi hon. Sorry to hear you had a gain - was there anything in particular that you think went wrong this week or was it a total surprise?

Here's to knocking it off next week and to riding that lovely horse!
 
just try keep as much as poss to ur core plan and hopefully ull get that back off in no time xxx

Ive got a real good incentive now though! I placed an ad on a local equestrian site looking for the oppurtunity to get back into the saddle! and ive had two replies! .. one for a 15.3 cob X Clydsdale who i can ride whenever ! (soooo excited) im hoping to meet him next monday,
and a lady in the village has got 3 ponies! BUT im a little to heavy for them so she said when ive lost 2 stone she would be more than happy for me to ride them!! WWOOHOO ....
She is getting back to me as she needs somone to do stable duties so that would be BRILL as it means i get my hand back in again AND burn off the calories to ! woohoo .....

Im so excited i feel like a kid again! lol .......

Do you have a link to that site, i had found an excellent place round here but they have just decided to close down as the forestry people are reclaiming their land or something. You sound like your doing really well, its very inspiring lol
 
Mornin :) ... well i think my gain had somthing to do with the fact i had an indian! .. and then on w.i day my lovely daughter was off school ill and fancied some fresh bread
(you know where this is going) and i sorta had two bits lol ....

Im not sure if the scales are right or not Starry, it was a shock though! lol even though i know i was bad! ........but the true one will be when i go to fawley next week :)

Im trying so hard this week to stay on Core ive been using my points so far on highlights and a ww bar for supper! .... im not snacking! .... only on fruit! ....

off to the equestrian shop this morning just for a look! lol ....

rice crispies for breaky
boiled eggs ryvita and soup for lunch
beef stroganoff and brown rice for tea :D

mmmm yum yum :)

Morning ... Just a quickie .. Im still about ! .. had a hectic weekend and we were childless on saturday night so we had dvds an an indian! ~eeeeek~ ... Im trying to hold it together but im sure im looking at another gain this week! w.i tomorow! ... I went an met up with a local lady yesterday who has a horse she would like me to excersize so we spend an hour or so grooming and then i had a lil ride! ... Loved it! still ... woohooo ...

Im gonna try an catch up on some of the posts before i take Jake to school... as im off to meet another lady this morning up at Cadenham (sp) ... Im rubbish with roads i dont know so thought id stick my P plates on again LOL just to give other road users fair warning :) lol

So jealous of you and and horse riding. My sil and nephew have horses and hopefully I am visiting them november sometime for a hack out. They live quite a bit away, so unfortunely can't do it often. Horse riding will help with your weight loss.

Well goodness me! sounds like a regular story from me at the moment doesnt it! ....
I got weighed tonight and i gained another 1lb! . how wonderful :( ... I knew i had cos my middle roll has got bigger this past week! and its not good!.. I really wanna lose weight but i wish my bloody willpower would stay strong and let me get on with it! ggrrrrrrrrrrrr

I am starting day 1 again tomorow and i am starting off on the Core plan! ...
but Saturday as usual will be a day of points but using core foods and then having our usual takeaway!
any ideas or any stories of motivation would be great right now .. or even a kick up the backside would do it! lol

Morning all ! ........ Well the sunshine has upped and left me! ... dark dull and drizzly here this morning! ... Oh well at least im in out of it! Ill be cleanin for 3 hours this morning! .... Ya know! ... there is no Job satisfaction atall with this job! Its so boring! ~yawns~ ....
3 hours to kill when i can do it all in 2 LOL oh well more in my pocket i suppose!
Nipping into town this afternoon to put cheques in the bank then have to nip to tesco for some bits and bobs bread milk, the usual stuff we always run out of! ...
I have been thinking about buying a cow! hhmmm wonder if our garden is big enough! :giggle:

Menu today ..

rice crispies ...
soup with ryvita boiled egg ontop
Jackets with tuna or chicken

snacks- apple nana l.f yog after lunch

Am tryin Core again this week! ... im gonna try and stop messing about now and just get on with it! .......

Riding tomorow woohoo .. i cannot wait! :D
