I keep swithering about a wii fit but Im worried it would be a 2 day wonder
Morning... well i have to report we love the wii! ... My OH wasnt to sure about the idea .. he payed for it in the end :giggle: so he must like it! ... we did 40 mins each last night and it was great fun! ... I really loved the ski jump .. its just so competitive! and the step class wow thats confusing at first! lol ...
I knew i was overweight but it shows him as overweight to LOL .. hes 6ft and is a 32 waist ummm cant see how thats overweight but heyho! lol hes still half a stone heavier than i am LOL ...
Trying again today! ... w.i fast approaching, just hope i lose somthing at least! .....
Have a lovely day all, ill be back later to catch up xxxx
Yeah its definatly strange and surely it would be different for men and women yet you dont get the option of telling it what sex you are! .. His BMI was 25 ... oh well! .... he said he would lose 4lb in a fortnight with me cos thats my goal to! bless him lol
I've just looked at the NHS Direct BMI calculator and it does ask you if you are male or female but I tried both and it gave you the same BMI for both.
I thought a BMI of 25 was in the healthy weight range? Or is it that it has to be under 25? 24.9 then
Edited to add: and at least your oh weighs more than you - mine weighs quite a bit less than me! *embarrassed*
