Going From Flab to FAB!
Morning all 
thanks for the replies .....
Not sure what im eating today but definatly some comfort foods! cos its brass monkeys out there today! ....
Off to Boscombe this morning to the tattooist with a friend then back home for 12.30 to get the little man from school, .......
Not had any breaky yet so may have extra for lunch .. Ive got a really sensitive tooth at the moment on my right side (which is the side i chew on) and the cold of cereal makes me hit the roof so sort of avoiding breaky! ....
will pop back later with menu xxxx

I no what you mean its bloody freezing out there,i had my ww soup at lunch then my ww rice pud,they keep me going in the freezng cold.
How did things go earlier going with your friend to have her tattoo done?

Yeah Gem it looks lovely she has a butterfly on base of spine really nice and neat ... trouble is ive got the bug and i want one now! lol .....

hey you! well done on your STS, at least you've got no more to lose read your post about your friends tattoo and im not totally awake yet - thought you said you'd gotten a jacket tattoo with an elf on it..
and my face was a look of pure confusion haha! good luck with the rest of your week anyway x

Ooo how novel! lol never tried a tattoo like that ! lol
Off cleaning shortly, im getting restless as its dentist day tomorow evening and i am so so scared its unreal! im considering putting it off, but know if i do and it flares again over xmas im gonna be buggered!
oh im scared .... why dont dentists recognise fear? its a very real thing! specially when its irrational! ...
anyhoo .... just had breaky .. lunch well not sure as the cupboards are bare! shopping day today lol ....
will catch up on posts later to, as i know ive been slack! xx

Good luck tomorrow at dentist - I had an irrational fear of the dentists and needed 2 teeth out - my lovely caring dentist referred me to the hospital knowing that I wouldnt cope because of my fear. Unfortunately when I got to the hospital thinking I was going to be knocked out (having been told not to eat or drink etc) it was just a mild sedative and I ended up in a worse state, being surrounded by strangers, than I would of been if I'd had it done at my own dentists. My dentist rang me a week or so later to say he had received the discharge note from the hospital and was so sorry! It appeared that the mild sedative I was given was milder than the one he normally gives me for a filling!
I have every sympathy for you! Remember you can do this and your local dentist might not have much sympathy for the way you feel (typical man imho) but you do know him and that in itself is better than a bunch of strangers. Do you have a sedative to relax you before you go? Good luck - will be thinking of you! And like you said - if you do put it off then its bound to flare up at the worst time and ruin chrimbo or something! xxx

Hope you get on ok at the dentist hon. My brother was referred to a specialist dentist in Rotherham who specialises in people with dental phobia. He was brilliant as my brother is dental phobic and has aspergers as well.
Would you consider hypnotherapy or thought field therapy?
