Hey ... ... Firstly i wanna apologise for not being around over xmas ... as you know we spend time in cornwall at my parents and then weve also spent alot of time with marks family .. thanks so much to those who posted on my diary even tho i probably didnt deserve it ~smiles~ ..
I did pop on for a read the other day but havnt updated or added to anyone elses diaries so ill be doing that shortly...

Christmas was lovely both of them .. lots of nice pressies and spent lots of time with my parents which was fab! ...
New Year we spent at marks bosses which was nice and chilled altho i did have a hangover this morning ..

ive eaten far to much drunk a little to much and not worried enough about what ive been shovelling into my mouth! ..

Im not making any resolutions as i never do them or stick to them sooooooooo Im just starting WW again on monday and going from there :) ...

Ok so im off to post .....

Hey :) ... yeah i loved that lil kitty ..but have replaced him with my new team logo :D ...

starting tomorow :) in readiness for ww monday .... Ive planned my menu and even pointed my evening meals for this coming week! ... Tomorow im doing a stew mmmmmm yum! ...
im going to take the dog for a lovely walk tomorow to if its dry although i think they have forcast rain,snow, etc lol hope its dry at some point! ....
Ive decided to collect the tokens from the sun newspaper and go away for a weekend with the £9.50 offer just me and mark ... well Bec is off to NY in 2010 and Bron is off to camp in march, ......... so i thought hey me and mark could do with a break to ... thought maybe Devon :) sooooooooooo am aiming for a stone! before we go! ...

Afnoon :) .... blimey its cold! .. was -6 here last night! ggrrrr cant wait for the spring to arrive ! ... somone was telling me the other day that this summer is going to be a scorcher! .... hope so cos the last 2 have been a wash out!
ok menu today ... 2 weetabix 2.5 a satsuma .5 ryvita .5 stew 5 ... not sure what im having for lunch ... havnt made my mind up yet lol ...so 8.5 spent and 13.5 left for lunch lol ... im thinking a cheese omellete or some boiled eggs ...
no plans for today other than taking bosun up on the forest for a walk later on .. and may pop into town for a walk round this afternoon ...
