I normally use passata [sp?], this will be available in all supermarkets. Normally in the tinned tomato ailse.

I use the gia sundried tom paste with herbs and spices.

Ooh ooh ooh, or, glaze the chicken with the bbq sauce chop it into little bits and have a bbq chicken with bbq sauce pizza

did you prefer the cauli base or the cheese one (thin and crispy)

The cauli base was really nice as was the thin and crispy but the thin and crispy went a bit soggy in the middle so you couldnt hold a slice. Really hard to say as i loved them both, just make sure you dont get much of a crust on the cauli one
