If you made it yourself and used one of the cheeses on the A choice list, then yes you can.
If it was a bought pizza then I wouldn't do it - although I'm sure some would!
Still too much cheese I reckon. Isn't cheese as a hexA measured to the size of a matchbox? I think a qarter of a pizza would have more than that. But don't fret, its one meal out of an average of 21 a week so just make sure you enjoy the plan for the bulk of the time
