Plain Popcorn on Slimming World?

    Does anyone know how many syns plain popcorn is? Plain as in no butter, toffee, salt or sugar.

    I don't know if this helps but a packet of snack-a-jack lightly salted popcorn is 2.5 syns.

    It helps as far as the syns are concerned but doesn't help when I want to eat a ton of the stuff lol. Cheers guys!

    Plus the fact I cant seem to find any of the stuff! I've been to my local spar and it was nothing but toffee and butter varieties :(

    its not usually something you find at the spars,,tescos etc have it at the whole foods section, farm shops would have it, health food shops.

    a wee independant corner shop might have it, one in my area does.

    surely it weighs the same unpopped as it does popped??

    no it will weigh different when popped.

    The same as any food item really, cooked and uncookede have totally different weights.
